🔓 Step-by-Step: How to Unlock Your Rehues Pump
Step 1: Tighten the bottle base clockwise (to the right).
Hold the bottle firmly and twist the white collar (the ring below the pump) clockwise to secure it.
This step ensures that the base doesn’t move when you unlock the top.
Step 2: Hold the base and twist the pump head anti-clockwise (to the left).
Once the base feels tight, keep it still and twist the pump head gently anti-clockwise.
You’ll feel a soft click — that’s the lock releasing.
Now pump a few times until the product starts to flow out smoothly.
(The first few pumps might be air — that’s normal while the tube fills up!)
