Our Subscription & Save plan gives you 15% off every order — for life — plus the convenience of auto-delivery.
Free Gift Policy
1.1 The complimentary Rehues free gift is only included with your first subscription order. Subsequent renewal orders will not include a free gift.
7-Day Lock-In
2.1 All new subscriptions have a minimum 7-day lock-in from the date of sign-up before cancellation is allowed.
Billing & Renewal
3.1 Your renewal date is based on your selected delivery frequency (e.g., every 30 days). To change it, WhatsApp us at wa.me/93430143 or email hello@rehues.com.
3.2 Payment is charged 7 days before your renewal date to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
3.3 Orders will only be shipped after successful payment.
Cancellation & Pause
4.1 To cancel, pause, or make any changes, the request must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date.
4.2 Requests made after this cut-off will only take effect from the following cycle.
4.3 No refunds will be issued for orders already billed. Once a renewal has been processed, it will be dispatched as scheduled.
Failed Payments
5.1 If your payment fails, our system will retry up to 3 times within 48 hours.
5.2 If unsuccessful, your subscription will be automatically paused, and any discounts tied to it may be forfeited.
Discount Misuse
6.1 We reserve the right to revoke subscription discounts for accounts that repeatedly cancel immediately after their first delivery.
6.2 Re-subscribing after such cancellations will not guarantee re-eligibility for the 15% discount.
Changing Your Subscription
7.1 You can update your product, colour choice, or delivery frequency anytime. (http://customer.rehues.com/)
7.2 Changes will take effect from your next cycle, provided they are made before the 7-day pre-billing window.
🚚 Delivery & Shipping
Within Singapore
8.1 Orders ship from our Singapore warehouse within 2–3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
8.2 Standard courier: within 7 working days. Free shipping on all Singapore orders.
8.3 Tracking details will be sent via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
International
9.1 We currently ship worldwide on request. Flat rates: SGD $15 within Asia, SGD $35 outside Asia. Email hello@rehues.com with your address and items; we'll send a payment link and shipping timeline.
Claims
10.1 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is marked as delivered by the courier.
10.2 Any claim for a missing, damaged, leaked or incorrect parcel must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence, failing which we are unable to investigate or replace the order.
✅ Damaged, Leaked or Wrong Item
If your item arrived damaged, leaked, or incorrect:
11.1 Email hello@rehues.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and the outer packaging.
11.2 Upon verification, Rehues will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — no fuss, no drama.
11.3 Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without photographic evidence, cannot be honoured.
💸 Change-of-Mind Refunds
12. Within 7 days of delivery
12.1 All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by a clear photograph of the item and its packaging.
12.2 All refunds require the physical return of the item(s) to our Singapore warehouse, at the customer's cost. No refund will be processed until the returned goods have been received and inspected.
12.3 Refund amounts are determined as follows:

12.4 Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of the items being received and inspected.
13. After 7 days of delivery
13.1 No refunds will be entertained after the 7-day window has elapsed, except as expressly provided in this clause 13.
13.2 Rehues may — at our sole discretion & goodwill — reject or accept the return and issue a refund equal to the purchase price less a $10 administrative handling fee. Return shipping is borne by the customer. This is a commercial courtesy, not an entitlement.
14. Efficacy and results
14.1 Haircare products deliver results that vary from person to person, depending on hair type, lifestyle, consistency of use, and other factors outside our control. Dissatisfaction with product efficacy is not grounds for a refund.
🔄 Exchange Policy
15. Colour exchanges
15.1 We offer colour exchanges on full-sized products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, sealed in its original plastic shrink-wrap, and in resaleable condition. A clear photograph of the sealed item must be submitted before any exchange is approved.
15.2 Exchange options:
- (a) Walk-in at our warehouse during operating hours — exchange is processed free of charge on the spot.
- (b) Ship-and-ship by mail — a $10 administrative handling fee per order applies, and return shipping is borne by the customer. Once the sealed item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement within 1–2 working days.
15.3 Not eligible for exchange:
- (a) Opened or used products;
- (b) Items not in original sealed packaging;
- (c) Trial kits, samples, or promotional freebies; and
- (d) Items outside the 7-day window.
15.4 Opened items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances as they cannot be restocked or resold. Where the item does not qualify for exchange, customers may refer to the refund policy in clauses 12–13 above.
🎁 Complimentary Gifts & Free Items
16. Gifts with purchase
16.1 Certain Rehues sets and bundles include a complimentary gift — clearly marked "FREE" or "complimentary" on the product page, checkout, and order receipt. Complimentary gifts are supplied at no additional charge as a promotional bonus and do not form part of the refundable purchase price.
16.2 Where a refund is issued, the stated retail value of any complimentary gift supplied with that order will be deducted from the refund amount.
16.3 For clarity, the Steam Hair Mask included as a complimentary gift with set purchases has a stated retail value of $15.90, which will be deducted from any refund.
16.4 Welcome gifts, samples, trial sizes, promotional freebies, and "bill-in" replacements issued at no cost are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
❌ Final Sale Items
17. Items that cannot be returned or refunded
The following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances:
- (a) Items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in sealed, resaleable condition (except as expressly provided in clause 12);
- (b) Items purchased with a gift card, promotional credit, or loyalty redemption, unless required by law;
- (c) Items marked as "final sale," "clearance," or sold as part of a flash promotion;
- (d) Items returned without prior approval from Rehues customer service;
- (e) Items lost or damaged in return transit where the customer did not use a trackable shipping method;
- (f) Items where proof of purchase cannot be provided;
- (g) Items reported outside the 7-day window (except as provided in clause 13); and
- (h) Complimentary gifts, welcome kits, samples, and "bill-in" replacements issued at no cost.
📦 Return Procedure
18. How to submit a return
18.1 Email hello@rehues.com or WhatsApp us at wa.me/93430143 with: (a) your order number, (b) a clear photograph of the item(s) and packaging, and (c) a brief description of the issue.
18.2 Do not ship any item back before receiving written approval from our customer service team. Unauthorised returns will be refused at the delivery point at the customer's cost.
18.3 Approved returns must be shipped, prepaid and trackable, to the warehouse address we provide within 7 days of approval. Items received after this window may be refused or the refund reduced at our sole discretion.
18.4 Return shipping is not covered by Rehues unless the item was damaged, leaked, or incorrect on delivery.
18.5 Refund processing time is 14 business days from receipt and inspection of the returned items. Rehues is not responsible for processing times imposed by your payment provider or bank.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
19. Our liability
19.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehues' total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected items.
19.2 Rehues does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of hair condition, allergic reactions where the customer has not conducted a patch test, or any claim arising from misuse of the product contrary to the instructions provided.
19.3 Customers are advised to review the ingredients before use and to patch-test if they have sensitive skin or known allergies.
🛡️ Anti-Abuse
20. Our rights
20.1 Rehues reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any refund or exchange request, and to decline future orders from customers who:
- (a) submit fraudulent, false, or misleading claims;
- (b) repeatedly abuse the returns or subscription cancellation process;
- (c) engage in threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct toward our customer service team; or
- (d) attempt to circumvent this policy through chargebacks.
20.2 Chargebacks made without first contacting our customer service team will be contested with the relevant payment provider.
📝 Changes to this Policy
21. Updates
21.1 Rehues reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version applicable to your order is the version published on this page at the time the order was placed.
21.2 Orders fulfilled prior to a policy update are not affected by subsequent changes.
