🔁 Subscription Information (15% Off for Life)
Our Subscription & Save plan gives you 15% off every order — for life, plus the convenience of auto-delivery. Here’s everything you need to know:
Free Pouch Policy
- The complimentary Rehues vanity pouch is only included with your first subscription order.
- Subsequent renewal orders will not include a pouch.
1. 7-Day Lock-In Period
- All new subscriptions have a minimum 7-day lock-in from the date of sign-up before cancellation is allowed.
2. Billing & Renewal
- Your renewal date is based on your selected delivery frequency (e.g., every 30 days). Should you need to change this, you can whatsapp us anytime at wa.me/93430143 or email us at hello@rehues.com .
- Payment is charged 7 days before your renewal date to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
- Orders will only be shipped after successful payment.
3. Cancellation & Pause Policy
- To cancel or pause or make any changes, you must do so at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- Requests made after this cut-off will only take effect from the following cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for orders already billed.
4. Failed Payments
- If your payment fails, our system will retry up to 3 times within 48 hours.
- If unsuccessful, your subscription will be automatically paused, and any discounts tied to it may be forfeited.
5. Discount Misuse
- We reserve the right to revoke subscription discounts for accounts that repeatedly cancel immediately after their first delivery.
- Re-subscribing after such cancellations will not guarantee re-eligibility for the 15% discount.
6. Changing Your Subscription
- You can update your product, colour choice, or delivery frequency anytime.
- Changes will take effect from your next cycle, provided they are made before the 7-day pre-billing window.

7. General Terms
- By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
- We may update these terms without prior notice; the latest version will always be available on our website.

🚚 Delivery & Shipping
We ship Rehues orders from our warehouse in Singapore within 2–3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
📍 Shipping Within Singapore:
- Standard Courier: within 7 working days
- Free Shipping for ALL orders
🌏 International Shipping
We currently ship within Singapore — but yes, we’re open to international orders!
✈️ Shipping Rates:
- Within Asia – Flat rate: SGD $15
- Outside Asia – Flat rate: SGD $35

💸 Refunds & Returns
We want you to love every Rehues product. But if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.
✅ Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your item arrived damaged, leaked, or incorrect:
- Email us at hello@rehues.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — no fuss, no drama
❌ Change of Mind?
We get it — sometimes you change your mind.

Unopened items (sealed in original packaging):
→ Eligible for a refund with a $10 return admin fee per parcel -
Opened or used items:
→ Refundable with a $10 admin fee per item
⚠️ Refund Policy at a Glance:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be mailed back to us before refund processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 14 business days after return is received
- Return address will be provided after your request is approved
📦 Note: Return postage is not covered unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We get it — sometimes you order the wrong shade, or change your mind.
Here’s how exchanges work at Rehues:
✅ Eligible for Exchange:
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Applies only to full-sized products (not bundles or trial sizes)
💰 Exchange Fees:
- A $8 service fee applies per item exchanged - this is to cover the postage fees!
- You’ll be required to mail the item back to us (a way bill will be provided by us)
- Once received and inspected, we’ll send out your new item
- 📦 Note: Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged when delivered.
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in original packaging
- Trial kits, samples, or promotional freebies
