🌸 How to Cancel Your Rehues Subscription
We totally understand that sometimes you might need to make changes to your subscription — and we’ve made it simple for you to do so! 💕
Follow these quick steps below 👇
Step 1: Log in to your Rehues account
Go to customer.rehues.com and sign in using the email address you used when subscribing.
A one-time code will be sent to your email — just enter it to log in securely ✉️🔐
Step 2: Access your subscription dashboard
Once logged in, click on “Membership” from the menu.
Then, click “View Details” under your active order to open your subscription page 💻✨
Step 3: Manage or Cancel Your Order
If you’d like to make changes to your subscription:
🎨 To change colour:
Click Swap and select your desired shade.
⏸️ To pause or cancel:
You’ll see options to Skip, Pause, or Cancel — simply click Cancel to stop your upcoming order.
💡 Tip: Make any changes at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for your upcoming order.
